Automatic Detection of Subsidence Troughs in SAR Interferograms Using Mathematical Morphology
نویسندگان
چکیده
In this paper, an automatic algorithm for the detection of subsidence areas in SAR interferograms is proposed. It based on analysis spatial distribution interferogram phase, and its coherence entropy. The developed method was tested differential generated basis Sentinel-1 images covering mining South Poland. obtained results were compared with those achieved using a circular Gabor filters. Performed revealed that rate proposed varied from 34% to 83%. improved filters 30% 53%.

Automatic Urban Feature Extraction Using Mathematical Morphology
Manual method of feature extraction from remote sensing imagery is a tedious and time-consuming process. The current paper presents the application of Mathematical Morphology for extracting urban features like buildings and roads from remotely sensed imagery. Roads and Buildings are the major features that influence urban planning and development. Also, GIS databases are to be frequently update...
متن کاملTumor Detection and Morphology Assessment in the Liver Tissue Using an Automatic Tactile Robot
In this paper an automatic examination robot was developed to improve the process of cancer detection, tumor localization and geometrical shape diagnosis. A uniformly distributed compressive load was applied to the top tissue surface and the resultant mechanical stress was measured that was employed for the tumor diagnosis task. The experimental examinations were performed on the soft tissue of...

A novel note and beat onset detection algorithm is proposed using mathematical morphology. It is intended to be simple and fast and should work well on instruments with some attack characteristics.
متن کاملDetection of Urban Land Subsidence in the City of Turku in Finland Using Differential Sar Interferometry
The centre of the Turku city by the river of Aurajoki in Finland has been built on clay and silt soil. The level of the ground water has been constantly lowering during the last few centuries due to the postglacial land uplift and extensive water usage leaving the old wooden pilework exposed to decaying. The decaying has led to the subsidence of some historical buildings in the old centre of Tu...
متن کاملSome Mathematical Manipulations of Interferograms
-Brief discussions are given of the problems of zero-error corrections in interferograms, and of extrapolating interferograms in order to achieve increased resolution. It is pointed out that serious systematic errors may be introduced because of the use of finite sums, instead of the infinite sums required by the theory. R6sum6. Nous discutons brikvement le problkme de la correction du zero dan...
